Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: -Engage potential accounts to evaluate needs and promote products and services -Develop relationship with targeted specific accounts -Present company core capabilities to specific accounts -Participate in Marketing plan exhibitions and product roadshows -Communicationon quotation, schedule, lead time, credit terms, products spec and availability -Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers -Knowledge of customer business outlook -Provide Business Outlook, Budget, Billing, Forecast, Weekly & Monthly Report -Preparing and submitting sales orders, risk orders -Overseeing sales process and facilitating on time order fulfilment -Maintaining/strengthen relationships and alert if change due to customer internal -Meeting or exceeding sales target Functions: -Share market intelligence (specific accounts) with Industrial/Product Marketing -Provide vision and propositions of specific accounts -Align how to measure the value of the specific accounts, Sales amount, Potential in the pipeline, breadth/depth of accounts -Work with Industrial/Product Marketing to determine specific accounts -Work with Industrial/Product Marketing to develop account strategy based on product offer -Deal with quality complaints from customers by working with QA and product engineering staff for preserve company reputation in fair manner. -Forge account strategy and work with Industry Marketing & Product Marketing staff for forming product portfolio to particular account.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in account marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in industrial or product marketing sectors.
  3. Experience in handling key accounts and developing account strategies.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients, discuss quotations, and finalize contracts.
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive marketing strategies.
  6. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and other related tools.
  7. Understanding of customer business outlook and ability to align products and services to meet their needs.
  8. Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment.
  9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  10. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  11. Proactive and results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  12. Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  13. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  14. Ability to travel for client meetings, product exhibitions, and marketing events.
  15. Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends is a plus.
