oPrepare, issue, and track accurate quotations in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
•Backend Support
oManage license renewal reminders and maintain an organized system for tracking contracts and sales documents.
•Report Preparation
oCompile and present accurate sales reports and dashboards for Executive Committee (ExCom) meetings.
•Customer Response and Support
oAct as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to administrative requests.
•Contract and Documentation Management
oPrepare and process contracts (i.e. MSA, NDA, DPA, etc.), including duty stamps, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
•Database and Information Management
oMaintain an updated and accurate sales database, ensuring data is readily available for management use.
•Coordination and Communication
oCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and provide administrative support across departments.
