Job Descriptions

-Responsible for recruiting employees for the head office, including filling vacant positions and hiring for new roles to support business expansion. -Prepare job postings on the company website and various online job boards. -Conduct initial screening of applicants, schedule interviews, and participate in the interview process. -Organize the interview process and coordinate onboarding for selected candidates. -Summarize interview results and update the report to supervisors. -Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

Gender: Male or Female
Age: Not over 27 years old
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Management or related
Minimum grade 3.30
Possesses a good personality and interpersonal skills
Has strong communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrates good planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
There are TOEIC 700 scores and IELTS test 8 scores
