Develop Logistics and Warehouse Strategies: Create and execute logistics and warehouse strategies that align with the company’s objectives and project needs. 3rd party Logistics and Warehouse provider Management: Identify, selection, evaluate, and manage relationships with 3rd party provider to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with 3rd party provider to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company. Inventory and Warehouse utilization management: Oversee inventory control processes, including warehouse layout, warehouse utilization, stock levels, accuracy, auditing and implement systems for tracking and reporting inventory and warehouse utilization level. Equipment and Safety management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment by schedule repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and conditions to make informed logistics decisions. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all logistics and warehouse service meet the required quality standards Cost Management: Monitor and control costs to stay within budget while maintaining quality for cost reduction. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain. Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Program, Operation (production and quality) and other teams to understand and meet the customer needs. Compliance: Ensure all logistics and warehouse activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, logistics regulatory including audit from internal & External auditor. People Management and development: Manage and develop subordinates for team success Documentation: Maintain accurate records of logistics, permit/license, regulatory and warehouse activities and ensure all process/procedure update and align with company compliance and EHS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of experience responsible on management level
Computer literacy, Excel required.
Proactive, result oriented and teamwork leadership style.
Knowledge and experience on Thai customs, Laws, Privilege, Free zone, BOI, Regulatory and FTA (Free Trade Agreement).
Knowledge and experience to set up and manage Warehouse management system.
Good command in English both speaking and writing (able to work with foreigner colleague).
Experience or familiar with Oracle system.
