Job Descriptions
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ Lead Generation & Prospecting - ค้นหาและระบุโรงแรมเป้าหมายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ - รวบรวมข้อมูลโรงแรม วิเคราะห์ pain points และโอกาสการขาย - เดินทางหาโรงแรมโดยตรง (กรุงเทพและต่างจังหวัด) Sales & Presentation - นำเสนอระบบ BOOKOLA แก่ Owner, GM, Marketing Manager, Reservation Manager - ทำการ Demo ระบบ AI Chatbot และ Mini-booking Engine ให้ดู - เจรจาและปิดการขายตาม target ที่กำหนด - ตอบข้อสงสัยและแก้ไข objections ของลูกค้า Customer Onboarding & Success - ดำเนินการ onboard โรงแรมใหม่ จนใช้งานได้จริง - ติดตามและ push จนกว่าโรงแรมจะเปิดใช้งาน chatbot Documentation & Reporting - จัดทำเอกสาร MOU และสัญญาต่างๆ ให้เป็นระเบียบ - รายงานผลการขายและสถานะการขาย - จัดทำ product feedback ระหว่างขาย lead และ onboard สวัสดิการหวานๆ ประกันสังคมวันหยุดตามปฏิทิน + วันลาพักผ่อนCompany Outing และกิจกรรมบริษัทสุดฟินมือถือสำนักงาน สำหรับการทำงานมีอ้อมกอดแมวน้อยจ้มและโจล่า (Office Pets) การพัฒนาProfessional Sales Training 3 วันเต็มกับนักขายมืออาชีพProduct Training ทำความเข้าใจ BOOKOLA อย่างลึกซึ้ง เวลาทำงาน: จันทร์-ศุกร์ 08:30-17:30 น. วันหยุด: เสาร์, อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
Qualifications
  1. อายุ: 21-35 ปี เพศชาย/หญิง
  2. การศึกษา: จบปริญญาตรี สาขาไหนก็ได้
  3. ทักษะการสื่อสาร: กล้าพูด กล้านำเสนอ อย่างมั่นใจ
  4. การเดินทาง: สามารถขับรถได้ และเดินทางต่างจังหวัดค้างคืนได้
  5. ส่วนตัว: มีวินัย ตรงต่อเวลา ไม่ยอมแพ้ ขยันหาลูกค้า ไม่กลัวการถูกปฏิเสธ
  6. มีประสบการณ์การขาย: โดยเฉพาะ B2B Software หรือ Technology Solutions
  7. มีความรู้ด้านโรงแรม: เข้าใจธุรกิจโรงแรม, PMS, Channel Manager
  8. มีประสบการณ์ field sales: เคยออกพื้นที่ขายมาแล้ว
  9. มีทักษะเทคโนโลยี: เข้าใจ AI, Chatbot, Digital Marketing
  10. ภาษา: นำเสนอภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะว้าวมากกก
