Job Descriptions
  • ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และออกแบบขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงาน (SOP) ใหม่ให้เหมาะสมกับการปฏิบัติงานจริงในสาขา
  • พัฒนาระบบควบคุมการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น check list การตรวจสอบรายวัน, weekly audit, ระบบสต็อกสินค้า, ระบบรายงาน
  • พัฒนาเครื่องมือ / Template / ระบบสนับสนุนการทำงานของหน่วยงาน Operation
  • ติดตามและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบปฏิบัติงานหน้าร้านที่พัฒนาไปแล้ว
  • ประสานงานกับฝ่าย IT, Supplier และคู่ค้าสาขาเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุน
  • นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาต่อยอดระบบปฏิบัติงานให้เหมาะสมกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงของคู่ค้าแต่ละช่องทาง
  • ศึกษา Best Practice ของคู่ค้า Modern Trade / Convenience Store ในการออกแบบระบบให้ทันสมัยและตอบโจทย์เชิงปฏิบัติ
    • Qualifications
    1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
    2. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (ใช้รถยนต์ของบริษัท)
    3. พร้อมปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์)
    4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานพัฒนาระบบงานปฏิบัติการ (Operation Process Improvement)
    5. เข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงานของสาขา Modern Trade / Convenience Store
    6. มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ระบบงานและออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่
    7. มีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือจัดการข้อมูล เช่น Excel, Dashboard, Workflow tools
