Job Descriptions

Seller support staff role that is responsible to support marketplace business and operational on assigned task. That mainly focuses on seller support to ensure smooth business operation and support on seller enquiries. Example of tasks assigned: Answering of seller enquiry, Seller and partner coordination, product listing support, and document support. For this role the agent will be responsible for: -Support of seller inquiry i.e., How to fulfil their sales order -Coordination between seller, partner, and internal parties -Supporting seller on enquiries related to sales, operation -Feedback collection & Logging of request -Document support to collect

Qualifications

Well communication skills in Thai on both written and verbal
Ability to do problem solving
Able to use basic Excel i.e., Sum function, Data logging
Open mindset with can do attitude
Keen to learn and being responsible for completing the assigned task
Knowledge of CRM tool is a plus
