Job Descriptions
1. งานจัดการเอกสารทางบัญชี
-ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความครบถ้วนของเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบกำกับภาษี
-จัดทำและจัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของกรมสรรพากร
2. การบันทึกรายการบัญชี (Journal Entry)
-ลงบันทึกรายการบัญชีในระบบ เช่น GL, AP, AR ให้ตรงตามแผนผังบัญชี (Chart of Accounts) ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการก่อนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน และประจำปี
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ สื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
- มีประสบการณ์สายบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office เบื้องต้นได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทำบัญชี และภาษี
