Job Descriptions
• จัดการและดูแลระบบ CRM เพื่อให้ข้อมูลลูกค้ามีความถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
• วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมลูกค้า และจัด Segment ลูกค้าเพื่อใช้ในแคมเปญต่าง ๆ
• ดำเนินการส่งแคมเปญ Email, SMS, Push Notification ตามแผน CRM
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดและฝ่ายขายเพื่อสร้าง Personalized Campaigns
• วัดผลลัพธ์ของแคมเปญ และจัดทำรายงานเพื่อเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง
• ช่วยบริหาร Loyalty Program และกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาลูกค้า
• เรียนรู้และใช้งานเครื่องมือ CRM เช่น Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Emarsys ฯลฯ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด, สถิติ, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน CRM หรือ Marketing Automation 1–3 ปี
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (เช่น Excel, SQL, Google Analytics)
- เข้าใจ Customer Lifecycle, Retention และ Personalization
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีความอดทนต่อความกดดันสูง
