Job Descriptions
Company Business Profile Open Jeen focuses on helping Thai merchants and brands attract Chinese consumers. By integrating influencer resources on Chinese social media platforms such as TikTok and Xiaohongshu, it helps Thai catering, tourism service, and retail brands accurately reach high-spending Chinese customers and increase brand exposure and store traffic. -Job Responsibilities- 1.Customer Development *Directly develop local businesses/brands in Thailand (focus: high-end hotels, specialty restaurants, SPAs, scenic spots, duty-free shops and other high-frequency consumption scenarios for Chinese tourists) *In-depth analysis of customer pain points, and provide "Chinese tourists diversion + brand digital marketing" solutions 2.Marketing plan implementation *Link up with the Chinese and Thai operation teams to design a combination strategy of expert store visits/short video marketing *Monitor project ROI (core indicators such as exposure, diversion conversion rate, and increase in average customer spending) 3.Customer Relationship Management *Maintain long-term cooperative relationships and optimize secondary marketing strategies based on consumer big data 4.Market Insight *Monitor the popularity trend of Thailand-related content on platforms such as Douyin/Xiaohongshu, provide relevant information to the content and operation teams, and help the Chinese team understand the Thai market.
Qualifications
  1. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
  2. มีใจรักบริการ
  3. Business-level communication in Chinese: Able to negotiate solution details with Chinese team/talents fluently (Chinese proficiency proof required)
  4. 1 year+ sales experience: Experience in serving local businesses preferred (preferably in the tourism/e-commerce/advertising industry)
  5. Digital marketing thinking: Understand and use Chinese social media, and be able to interpret basic traffic data (training support provided)
