Job Descriptions
- จัดทำเอกสารการจ่ายเงิน (Payment Voucher: PV) สำหรับ Vendor - Nippon เพื่อใช้ประกอบการวางบิลให้กับลูกค้า - ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice / NMB) เพื่อแจ้งยอดเรียกเก็บจากลูกค้า พร้อมแนบเอกสารสำหรับการชำระเงิน - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารด้านงานนำเข้า (Import Documents) และแนบใบเสร็จรับเงิน เพื่อจัดเตรียมการออกใบแจ้งหนี้และนำไปวางบิลลูกค้า - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และลูกค้า เพื่อให้การจัดทำบัญชีและเอกสารเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา - จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีให้เป็นระบบ และสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้ - ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานหรือผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป โดยเฉพาะในงานจัดทำเอกสาร PV, การวางบิล และออกใบแจ้งหนี้
  4. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานการบัญชี และกฎหมายภาษีอากร
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีและ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี (เช่น Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัดได้
