- ประสานงานกับทีมงานข้ามสายงานเพื่อให้การทดลองบรรจุภัณฑ์และการนำฟิล์มยั่งยืนเข้าสู่ตลาดเอเชียเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น - จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น สเปกบรรจุภัณฑ์ แบบวาด คำแนะนำการบรรจุ และวิธีทดสอบ พร้อมจัดทำ BOM และสื่อสารกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง - สนับสนุนการปรับปรุงคุณภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์และแก้ปัญหาด้านเทคนิคกับทีมภายในและผู้ผลิตร่วม - นำกิจกรรมวิจัยและพัฒนาวัสดุ/รูปแบบ/เทคโนโลยีการบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่ เพื่อผลักดันเป้าหมายด้านความยั่งยืนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต - ร่วมกับหัวหน้างานและซัพพลายเออร์ ริเริ่มและดำเนินโครงการด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ยั่งยืนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and above in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related major
Good written and spoken English
Be familiar with packaging converting operations (paper, board, film, rigid plastics etc.)
Project management experience with cross-function cooperation
Possess excellent communication skill
Be innovative, analytical & forward thinking. High passion in package development. Good feeling on art, art design experience is a plus
