Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามเอกสารนำเข้าจากทีมจัดซื้อต่างประเทศและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร BL, CI, PL และเอกสารสิทธิประโยชน์
2.ประสานงานรถหัวลาก ติดตามแพลนการนำเข้า
3.รวบรวมเอกสารนำเข้าส่งให้แผนกการเงินเพื่อตั้งยอดในการทำจ่ายค่าสินค้า
4.ติดตามใบขนสินค้าจากชิปปิ้งตามวันเวลาที่กำหนดและตรวจสอบให้ถูกต้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-35ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออกอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง , การประสานงาน , การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office , การนำเสนอ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
