Job Descriptions
* สร้างทีมงานวิศวกรรมการผลิตและวิศวกรรมแม่พิมพ์ตามโครงสร้างบริษัท * ควบคุมดูแลงานออกแบบ / ผลิต / ซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ * ออกแบบไลน์การผลิตเพื่อทำให้กระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพ * ควบคุมและติดตามความคืบหน้าผลิตภัณฑ์ New Model ตามระบบ APQP * ตรวจสอบและพิจารณาอนุมัติงาน ที่ทาง Engineering Design นำเสนอ * ตอบสนองและการสนับสนุนต่อปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นในไซต์การผลิต * ร่วมพิจารณา FMEA ในระหว่างการ Design Production Process * ติดตามให้มีการจัดเตรียมความพร้อมของ Mold ก่อนดำเนินการนำไปใช้งานตามแผนงานจาก Production Planning * จัดให้มีการกำหนด Shot การทำงานของ Mold ทุกตัว และให้มีการดำเนินการ PM ตามจำนวน Shot ที่กำหนด * ปรับปรุงวิธีการ Design Mold โดยเน้นใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ในการควบคุมต้นทุนและประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน * บริหารงานทั่วไปภายในหน่วยงานที่ตนเองดูแล * อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาป.ตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมการรผลิต, วิศวกรรมการจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์วิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมแม่พิมพ์ ออกแบบ อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
  3. มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ Management เกี่ยวกับงานวิศวกรรมอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี (microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, E-mail, จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆ
  6. สามารถเขียนแบบ 2D, 3D ได้
  7. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดี
  8. สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
