Job description :
• Perform operations according to assigned projects and day-to-day operations, including support daily incidents.
• Support customer’s work and alert to team when get a risk.
• To be the first tier who handle incident and troubleshoot problem.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report to customer.
• Able to give suggestion customer and support implementing work.
• Coordinate with customer and partner.
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ / อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาคอมผิวเตอร์ สาขาไอทีหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ Virtual Machine Platformsและ Monitoring Software เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้าน software support, Network, Banking system ,Data Center
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมบริหารโครงการ และลูกค้า รวมถึงทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
