Job Descriptions
- Experience in designing and developing spring leaf components and products for automotive and industrial applications - Collaborated with production, quality control, and sales teams to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes - Communicated with customers and suppliers to support development, evaluation, and quality assurance - Provided technical support and assisted in troubleshooting for existing products - Worked closely with the Japanese design team to share information and contribute to business strategy planning and execution
Qualifications
  1. - Thai Nationality
  2. - Age 25 years old up
  3. - Male/Female
  4. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  5. - Must have experience more than 1 years in Technical Engineer
  6. - Work experience in leaf spring design
  7. - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  8. - Knowledge of materials, fatigue analysis, and suspension systems
  9. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. - Experience working with automotive OEMs or tier-1 suppliers
  11. - Able to communicate in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
  12. - Knowledge of design drawings
