Job Descriptions
•Provide application support for the company Point of Sales system utilised in retail stores that involves liaising with third party support providers and includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting application system problems •Responsible for co-ordinating the implementation and ongoing maintenance of data interfaces with the software developer and retail store landlords •Provide IT maintenance and support to all staff at our Thailand office which includes: oEnsuring security and anti-virus is up to date for all devices oEnsuring email oEnsuring network and server continuity for the business oCo-ordinating the IT requirements for new and existing personnel •Responsible for supporting new IT improvement projects, including digital menu boards, kiosks, apps etc. •Responsible for supporting, maintaining and updating the network IT infrastructure in the support centre and retail outlets and liaising with 3rd Party support as required •Responsible for maintaining and ensuring IT back up and CCTV systems are fully functional •Responsible for updating and maintaining IT related documentation •Identifying improvements related to IT infrastructure •Providing status reports of ourstanding tasks and reporting to your line manager
Qualifications
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree
  2. Spoken & written English required
  3. Knowledge of IT networks and internet setup
  4. Strong Analytical skills
  5. Resourceful, enthusiastic, a very fast learner and able to take the initiative and work independently
  6. Analytical, Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
  7. Able to work in a young, fast paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements
  9. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, SQL) or interest in up-skilling is an advantage / preferable
  10. Minimum of 3-5 years work experience preferred
  11. The IT Support staff must be prepared to work long or late hours, including being on standby during weekends and public holidays, as this role supports F&B operations which run beyond regular office hours.
  12. This role requires mobility—the staff must be able to travel to outlet locations when necessary to resolve on-site issues such as network or POS system problems.
