Job Descriptions
• งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายคือการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์หมุนและอุปกรณ์สถิต เช่น ปั๊ม, ชิ้นส่วนของปั๊ม, เครื่องแลกเปลี่ยนความร้อน และวาล์วต่างๆ
• ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรประเภทอุปกรณ์หมุนและอุปกรณ์สถิต (Check & PM Rotating & Static Equipment Machine)
• ตรวจสอบแนวศูนย์ (Alignment), ทำความสะอาด และตรวจสอบการติดตั้ง
• ตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซม สตัดโบลต์ (Stud Bolts) และทำความสะอาด ปะเก็นกันติด (Anti-Seize Gasket)
• ตระหนักและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนและวิธีการทำงานที่กำหนดไว้ในด้านคุณภาพ ความมั่นคง ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
Qualifications
- ปวส. เครื่องกล , ช่างยนต์ , ช่างอุตสาหกรรม , ช่างกลโรงงาน
- ผ่านงานบำรุงรักษางานติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล Static และ Rotating, Air Condition all Type ในโรงงานขนาดใหญ่ 3-5 ปี
- สามารถซ่อมอุปกรณ์และเครื่องจักรประเภท Rotatingเช่น Pump, Compressor, Blower ได้ สามารถทำ Alignment กับ Rotating equipment ที่ไม่ซ้ำซ้อนมากได้
- สามารถทำงานนอกเวลาได้ในกรณีที่จำเป็น
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ manual valve งานท่อ และ Flange ต่างๆ
