Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail/wholesale store operations. At least 3–5 years in a senior management role leading a large store (5,000 sqm up) or high-volume store (sales target at least 1,000 MB / year)
Proven track record of leading large teams (>100 people) and developing successors.
P&L Accountability Experience in managing store-level financial performance, including sales, costs, and EBITDA contribution.
