- Work and report to the HR Manager and Occupational Health and Safety Manager. - Perform the main role in accident prevention - Prepare for various emergency situations in the organization - Take care of all the company's work activities to be safe

Qualifications

Graduated with at least a bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
No gender restrictions, age 23 years and above
1 year or more experience in an industrial plant
Have good interpersonal skills and knowledge of the law.
Be a person with expertise in providing advice and consultation in various matters to those involved in the company so that they can follow the correct procedures.
Knowledge of ISO9100, 14001 or construction site, activities and government regulatory practices.
Plan and provide training to all employees, including special courses such as fire fighting, basic safety procedures in the workplace, etc. Ensure that all practices/activities in the workplace comply with applicable laws, company or other regulations. Maintain safety documentation on the construction site/or submit necessary documents on site as specified by the company.
Collect and analyze data and statistics, including safety, health and environment reports to managers.
Investigate cases of accidents, injuries, illnesses or annoyances resulting from work and write a report on the case, along with solutions and preventive measures.
