Job Descriptions
- Negotiate pricing and terms with local suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. - Contact suppliers to verify price change request and others request from suppliers - Process and approve price in system from local suppliers and overseas suppliers - Support purchasing function and other relevant departments - Issue warranty claim request and follow up payment - Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communication - Process invoice to accounting - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned - Prepare reports and updates as and when required
Qualifications
  1. Female, Age 28 - 33 year’s Old.
  2. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistic, Supply chain or related fields.
  3. 3 years of experience in purchasing (local&Overseas part).
  4. Good command of English
  5. Familiarity with an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system would be beneficial
  6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  7. Able to multitask and work under time pressure
