Job Descriptions
ฝ่ายบัญชี 1. รับผิดชอบด้านบัญชีทั้งหมดของบริษัท (AP/AR/GL) 2. ยื่นภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7%) ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล (ภ.ง.ด. 50/51) และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax) 3. จัดทำและดูแลบัญชีแยกประเภท รายละเอียดบัญชี กระทบยอด เช่น ยอดธนาคาร และยอดลูกหนี้ ฝ่ายการเงิน 1. การบริหารและควบคุมเงินทุนวางแผนกระแสเงินสดรายเดือน ควบคุมการใช้จ่ายเฉพาะโครงการ 2. รับผิดชอบการรับและการจ่ายเงินสดประจำวันของบริษัท การเก็บรักษาเงินสดและเช็ค และการบันทึกเงินสดประจำวัน 3. จัดการการฝาก/ถอนเงินจากธนาคาร ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งยอดธนาคารทุกเดือน และจัดการการดำเนินการธนาคารพื้นฐาน (การโอน การสอบถามข้อมูล ฯลฯ) 4. ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางของพนักงาน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดซื้อ และเอกสารการขอเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายประจำวันอื่น ๆ และออกการขอเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายตรงเวล งานธุรการอื่นๆ 1. คำนวณเงินเดือนพนักงาน ยื่นประกันสังคม
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25-40 ปี
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ทางด้านบัญชีหรือการเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีอากร และกฎหมายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินมาอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  6. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง (ไม่มีรถรับ-ส่ง)
  7. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่
