Logistics and Planning Officer

Job Descriptions
Planning Role
1. Provide logistics plans and all related documents to support operations and customer service team.
2. Manage export loading plan and inform the updated plan to relevant parties.
3. Co-ordinate with customer service for order confirmation to ensure that customer requirements of delivery are met.
4. Prepare job instruction for product receiving process.
5. Be responsible for activities in ERP system which are inbound-outbound, inventory transfer and manufacturing role.
6. Monitor inventory accuracy in ERP system.
7. Responsible for drum filling plan.
Logistics Role
1. Coordinate with third party carrier for domestics and export transportation arrangements to customers.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarder for shipment schedule to meet customer requested.
3. Prepare and collect documents that required for product deliveries to customer.
4. Prepare shipping documents for customs formality.
5. Handle supplier selection and monitor price and service relationship.
6. Be responsible for monitoring and evaluating supplier performance.
7. Be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy on all outbound domestics - export shipments in order to satisfy customer.
8. Assist Logistics Manager for sourcing and negotiation for transportation costs.
9.Be responsible to handle complaints. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualification & experience
At least 3 years of experience in Logisitics / Customer Service.
Experience in working for a manufacturing company.
Knowledge in export processing is required.
Good command of English.
Knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Logsitics / Customer Service.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge in export processing is required.
- Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 would be an advantage.
