Job Descriptions
1. วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาดออนไลน์ประจำเดือน / รายปี ทั้งเชิงรุกและเชิงรับ (Annual & Monthly Plan) 2. วางแผนและดูแลภาพรวมการสื่อสารออนไลน์ทั้งหมด ทั้ง Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Line OA และช่องทางอื่น ๆ ของแบรนด์ 3. คิดแคมเปญการตลาดร่วมกับทีม Creative และกราฟิก เพื่อสร้างยอดขายและ Brand Awareness 4. จัดการและควบคุมงานด้าน Social Media Marketing ทั้งการยิงแอด วาง Media Plan และวิเคราะห์ Performance 5. ควบคุมการทำคอนเทนต์ให้สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ และตรงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย (Content Strategy & Storytelling) 6. ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Offline, ทีมหน้าร้าน และฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อให้แคมเปญ ทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างไร้รอยต่อ 7. ประสานงานการทำ Co-promotion กับพาร์ทเนอร์ และดูแลการเปิดตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ 8. สร้าง New Channel หรือช่องทางการตลาดใหม่ที่ตอบโจทย์พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค 9. วิเคราะห์ Data เพื่อปรับแผนสื่อ/โปรโมชันให้ตรงเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 30 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงาน Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, หรือ Social Media
  4. เข้าใจหลักการยิงโฆษณาออนไลน์ (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads Platform) เป็นอย่าง
  5. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถเล่าเรื่องผ่านคอนเทนต์ได้ดี (Content Creator Mindset)
  6. มีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  7. มีประสบการณ์วางแผนการตลาดร่วมกับแบรนด์ หรือธุรกิจสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมข้ามสายงาน และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
  9. ถ้ามีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจอาหาร, ร้านค้า, หรืออีเวนต์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
