Job Descriptions
1. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing or sales promotion Field marketing skills: Planning and executing promotional activities Coordinating with retail outlets, private-sector partners, and offline media Managing and controlling budgets Strong communication and negotiation skills: Confidently negotiating with partners (distributors, retailers) 2. Analytical & Reporting Skills Collecting and analyzing activity data (KPI, ROI) Preparing executive summaries and reports Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 3. Personal Attributes Quick-thinking, adaptable, and proactive Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys fieldwork and engaging with people Detail-oriented and highly responsible Team management capability Willingness to travel between state or assigned areas (holds a driver’s license and owns or can use a vehicle) 4. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Experience working with an event agency or an existing network of local retail partners
Qualifications
  1. Age : 20-35
  2. Nationality Malaysian
  3. 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing or sales promotion Field marketing
  4. Analytical & Reporting Skills
  5. Good command of Malay, Chinese, and English
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
