Job Descriptions
1. Document Management
- Check and organize cashbooks and journal vouchers
- Create and file payment/receipt vouchers
- Manage sales and purchase-related documents (delivery notes, invoices, etc.)
2. Payment Processing
- Review invoices from vendors
- Manage payment schedules
- Prepare bank transfers and operate internet banking
- Handle petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
3. Coordination with Accounting Firm
- Submit monthly/yearly accounting data and documents
- Support the preparation and checking of accounting-related reports
4. Other Tasks
- Input data into accounting software (basic operation only)
- Maintain and file financial documents
-Support general accounting and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, age 25 to 30, BA(Accounting)
- 2 yeras in basic accounting Manufacturing
- Basic English
