6. Handle business annual inspections, corporate income tax final settlements, and government statistical reports.
7. Review daily bank transactions and reconcile monthly online banking statements.
8. Verify accounts receivable and follow up on collections.
9. Print, organize, and bind accounting vouchers; ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
10. Maintain financial records and perform regular backups of financial software data.
11. Manage custody of company licenses, accounting vouchers, audit reports, and other critical original documents (including English-language materials).
12. Validate company assets and conduct periodic fixed-asset inventories.
13. Complete other temporary assignments as delegated by management.
