Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
Receive customer Sales orders via the Customer Portal, phone, or email.
Receive customer orders forecast via the Customer Portal, phone, or email.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Negotiate with the Customer about the delivery schedule and delivery plan.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and needs are met.
Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve service quality.
Qualifications - Male or Female age 24-30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Experience in Customer service for 2-3 years
- Automotive experience will be given special consideration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and patience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and knowledge of customer service software.
