Job Descriptions
1.มี ประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Marketing / Partnership / Loyalty Program อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
2.มีผลงานในการหาสมาชิก หรือร่วมแคมเปญส่งเสริมการตลาดในกลุ่มไลฟ์สไตล์, ท่องเที่ยว, หรือบริการระดับพรีเมี่ยม
3.มี ทักษะเจรจา และการนำเสนอ ที่ดี
4.บุคลิกภาพดี รู้จักมารยาททางธุรกิจ และมีความเข้าใจกลุ่มลูกค้าระดับพรีเมี่ยม
5.สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
Qualifications
- สร้างและขยายฐานสมาชิกบัตรสิทธิพิเศษ (Privilege Card)
- หาพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ (Business Partners) เพื่อให้สิทธิพิเศษแก่สมาชิก เช่น ติดต่อเจรจากับโรงแรม 4-5 ดาว, สนามกอล์ฟ, สปา, ร้านอาหาร และแบรนด์หรูอื่นๆ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้าระยะยาว
- วิเคราะห์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย และออกแบบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้เหมาะสม
- วางแผนและดำเนินแคมเปญหาสมาชิกใหม่ทั้งช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
