Job Descriptions
- จัดตารางการวิ่งงานของพนักงานขับรถให้เหมาะสมกับแผนงานประจำวัน - ตรวจสอบและรวบรวมเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายค่าน้ำมันของพนักงานขับรถ - เก็บรักษาและตรวจสอบประวัติผู้สมัครงานตำแหน่งพนักงานขับรถ - ประสานงานและดูแลกระบวนการรับสมัครนักขับรถให้ครบถ้วน - จัดเก็บเอกสารและข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายขนส่ง เช่น ใบงาน ใบเบิกน้ำมัน เอกสารการเดินทาง - ติดตามการเข้างานของพนักงานขับรถตามตารางงานที่จัดไว้ - สนับสนุนงานธุรการภายในทีม และงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน ** ทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์และเข้างานเป็นกะ ตารางกะการเข้างาน 08:00 - 17:00 และ 10:00 -19:00
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส.ขึ้นไป
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรการ หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลจิสติกส์ / ขนส่ง จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และบริหารจัดการเอกสารได้ดี
  4. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel / google sheet
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถประสานงานได้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
  6. หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
