Job Descriptions

1. Marketing Coordination - Assist the Sales Manager in executing promotional campaigns and seasonal activities. - Coordinate with external agencies to manage timelines, briefs, and creative assets. 2. CRM & Customer Retention - Support the execution of customer engagement campaigns through LINE OA, email, and CRM platforms. - Help manage customer databases and track campaign performance to optimize engagement and retention. 3. Influencer & KOL Support - Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and key opinion leaders. - Track and summarize influencer performance and engagement. 4. Event & Activation Support - Organize logistics and materials for events, product launches, and vending machine activations. - Provide on-ground support and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. 5. Content & Data Management - Collect, verify, and organize marketing content, visuals, and campaign data. Assist in preparing campaign performance reports, post-campaign analysis, and presentation decks. 6. Team & Cross-Functional Support - Work closely with sales, operations, IT, and warehouse teams to ensure marketing alignment across business units. - Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and in-store promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
Experience working with CRM tools, influencers, or marketing events is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets), Google Workspace, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital platforms such as LINE OA Manager, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing tools is advantageous.
Ability to collect and analyze basic campaign metrics and reports.
Fluent in Thai (written and spoken);
Proficiency in English is a plus (able to communicate with partners or read briefs/guidelines in English).
