Job Descriptions
1.Continuous improvement in process capability, products quality and production productivity through process optimization. Such as New Technology, Automation, Redesign. 2.Provide day-to-day technical support for production, ensure technical issues are solved timely. 3.Maintain engineering data in SAP or engineering system by timely setup and update. 4.Training operators on products and processes to ensure manufacturing quality and efficiency. 5.Lead on tech transfer project, build team and conduct all documentation/fixture/tooling/ layout/training/ERP system, make sure material is ready before mass production. 6.New technology introduction or new process development. 7.Early involved in new product development stage, understand and provide technical input on new product. Attend a new product transfer meeting; ensure all major issues are closed before production.
Qualifications
  1. Good English command for both of reading and speaking
  2. Bachelor’s degree on mechanical engineering
  3. Minimum 5 years working experience on product assembly process/fixture development, and knowledge on automatic fixture/equipment development.
  4. Demonstrate experience on process documentation and tools, including Pokayoke/PFMEA/Control Plan/SOE(WI)/Process capability analyze/line balance/cycle time study/DOE etc.
  5. Demonstrate experience on project management
  6. Good communication skills
