- รับผิดชอบการยิง Ads และวิเคราะห์ Performance และสรุป Report - จัดการ วางแผนเพื่อทำ Content เพื่อลงบนสื่อ online ต่างๆ วางแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาด รวมถึงทำแผน Promotion เพื่อส่งเสริมการขาย - นำเสนอโปรเจคใหม่ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการตลาดของบริษัทฯ - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีของwebsite และ social media ต่างๆ - ดูแลเพจ Facebook, Line OA, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube - มีทักษะการถ่ายรูปและ VDO ทำ Graphic ตัดต่อ VDO ด้วยโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ เพื่อใช้กับสื่อ Social Media
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด/ บริหารธุรกิจ/ การจัดการ/ สาขาการออกแบบนิเทศศิลป์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, InDesign ได้
  4. มีทักษะด้านออนไลน์มาร์เก็ตติ้ง ทั้ง E-mail, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
  5. มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานในสภาวะที่กดดันและระยะเวลาที่กระชันชิดได้
  6. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และ Online Markettingต่างๆ ได้ดี
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และสามารถเดินทางได้ และมีใบขับขี่
