Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with customers/Sales regarding purchase orders (POs), delivery schedules, required documentation, and resolving on-site issues. - Assist the Sales Team with the preparation of quotations, proposals, goods return documentation, and other related support. - Work closely with the warehouse and outsourced logistics partners to ensure proper documentation and timely delivery. - Collaborate with internal departments to support the achievement of sales and service goals. - Manage and organize document control for all sales-related files.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  2. Female , good personality age between 25-35 Years.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / E-mail / SAP
  4. Good command in Thai and English.
  5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  6. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and vendors in different countriesand cultures.
