Job Descriptions
- Research and analyze data and continuously monitor marketing and competitive trends to identify opportunities for expanding the market. - Develop and foster strong relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient business operations. - Providing accurate information, advice, and assistance to customers - Liaise between customer and service resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team - Update service records, customer information, and service history in the system. - Schedule repair appointments with technicians and follow up on job completion.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or related field.
  2. Female , good personality age between 25-35 Years
  3. Good command in Thai and English or receive a TOEIC score of 650 or higher
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / E-mail / SAP
  5. Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers.
  8. At experience background of customer service coordinate.
