Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Thai government agencies (e.g., DIW, Pollution Control Department, FDA, Fire Department), handling inspections, permit applications, and annual renewals.
Manage the daily operations of the hazardous chemicals warehouse: goods receiving, storage, inventory control, issue tracking, and maintenance of safety labeling.
Handle applications and renewals of permits for hazardous chemicals and warehouse storage—such as BorChor forms, storage licenses—and manage annual reporting.
Coordinate and follow up on essential approvals and renewals: Type 2/3 substance registration, renewal every three years, structural approvals of the warehouse, and safety facility compliance.
Maintain and organize all relevant documentation: permits, BorChor forms, safety records, MSDS/SDS, and other compliance materials.
Submit annual reports (BorChor.6) on schedule—typically before March 31 (extended to August 31 during transitional years)—via the DIW online system.
Support site safety inspections, emergency drills, and incident reporting.
Conduct safety training for warehouse personnel and ensure proper use of PPE, explosion-proof equipment, and spill containment systems.
