Job Descriptions
1. ทดสอบระบบ (System integration Testing, UAT) และแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดก่อนส่งมอบ 2. วางแผนและดำเนินการติดตั้งซอฟต์แวร์ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานจริงสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า 3. ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน (User Training) และจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน 4. ประชุมงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อวางแผนการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์พร้อมส่งมอบ feedback ในการใช้งานระบบพร้อมจัดลำดับ ความสำคัญในการดำเนินการพัฒนาแก้ไขให้กับทีม 5. ให้การสนับสนุนหลังการติดตั้ง (Post-Go-Live Support) 6. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Implementation Plan, Change Request, Test Case, etc. 7. ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ไอที เงินเดือนช่วงทดลองงาน (4 เดือน ประเมินตามการทำงานจริง) ตามตกลง ผ่านการทดลองงานปรับเงินเดือน และเพิ่มค่าเบี้ยขยัน (เฉพาะวันที่ทำงาน) วันละ 120 บาท (ประมาณเดือนละ 2,500 บาท)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22-35 ปี
  2. จบปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์,วิศวกรคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการ Implement ซอฟต์แวร์ ERP, CRM, HIS, WMS หรือระบบเฉพาะทางรวมถึงระบบเครือข่าย
  4. สามารถใช้งาน Mysql, SQL Statement, Query ได้
  5. มีทักษะหรือสามารถอธิบายปัญหาที่พบให้ทีมงานได้อย่างชัดเจน และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลให้ทาง Project Team
  6. สามารถเดินทางไปทำงาน ณ สถานที่ของลูกค้าได้ (onsite support)
