Job Descriptions

Health Promotion -Analyze annual employee health data to design targeted wellness programs to address health risks and promote well-being -Plan and manage maternity care programs from pregnancy to childbirth; oversee and manage the company’s breastfeeding facilities Health Check & Medical Surveillance -Oversee pre-employment health screening process -Coordinate and manage health checks for new employees based on legal risk factors -Follow up on return-to-work health assessments for employees recovering from injury or illness; assess fitness for duty -Coordinate with hospitals on medical treatment, benefits, and referrals -Assess and monitor employee illness trends and manage welfare benefit utilization; liaise with hospitals to track recovery progress -Provide consultation to employees on treatment options; maintain and report illness records to supervisors and relevant departments Advise on and verify employees' medical benefit entitlements -Oversee and audit reimbursement processes for employee and family medical expenses -Provide guidance on utilization of Social Security and compulsory insurance healthcare entitlements Medication, Medical Supplies & Consumables Management -Monitor inventory and procurement of medications, medical supplies, and consumables; prepare monthly reports -Manage and ensure compliance of First Aid Bags across the organization according to occupational health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor of Nursing Science.
Experience in Hospital minimum 5 years.
Completed 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety training.
Strong communication in English (TOEIC minimum 600) would be advantage
Strong understanding of professional nursing practices and skills in providing occupational health care within an industrial setting
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide guidance on behavior modification to promote employee well-being
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety
Strong analytical skills to assess and identify root causes of work-related illnesses and injuries
Good understanding of workplace risks and their impact on employee health across different operational processes
