Job Descriptions

1.Improve process, Reduce MUDA under TPS, Karakuri kaizen, Factory automation concept. 2. Design Jig-fixture. 3. Coordinate with maker for making or modify jig, machine. 4. Co-ordinate the maintenance team daily activity, allocating jobs and scheduling. 5. Control and assess public utility systems according to the plan. 6. Control, maintenance, repair of various public utility systems as requested by the agency. 7.Promotion of AGV and AMR. 8.Support maintenance energy work. 9.Control and prepare maintenance reports as requested by various agencies to be informed. 10.Support maintenance energy work. 11.Control and prepare maintenance reports as requested by various agencies to be informed to the supervisor. 12.Support tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics engineering or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Age not over 38 years.
Have at least 5 years of experience.
Experience working in a Japanese company ( automotive parts ).
Having knowledge of TPS,TPM.
Understand Omron and Mitsubishi PLC programs .(Experienced in using PC software and able to adjust program)
Understand electrical hardware drawings.
Can perform improvement work based on the TPS concept.
