Job Descriptions
ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ ประจำออฟฟิศสาขาของแต่ละภูมิภาค (ปิดรับภาคกลาง)
1. เข้าตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินภายในภูมิภาคที่รับผิดชอบ (อีสาน เหนือ ใต้)
2. ควบคุมสถานะตู้แช่ รถวิ่งขาย และสามล้อทั้งหมดประจำภูมิภาค
3. ยืนยันสถานะปัจจุบัน โดยบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. สรุปข้อมูลสถานะการใช้งาน แจ้งซ่อม การส่งจำหน่าย หรือยอดขายของตู้แช่
5. ตรวจสอบสถานะการใช้งานและพิกัด GPS ของรถวิ่งขายทั้งหมด
6. ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและยืนยันสถานะการใช้งานรถสามล้อ
7. ควบคุมและติดตามการเซ็นสัญญาตู้แช่ ของสาขาและตัวแทนจำหน่ายให้ตรงตามระบบ
8. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานให้แม่นยำและติดตามการแก้ไขที่เกิดขึ้น
9. เข้าสำนักงานใหญ่ทุก ๆ สิ้นเดือนเพื่อรายงานผลการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินทั้งหมด
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 24-37 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานตำแหน่ง Asset Control
- สามารถออกตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินสาขาในภูมิภาคที่รับผิดชอบ
- มีรถยนต์และโน้ตบุ้คส่วนตัว ใช้ในการทำงาน (มีค่าเสื่อม)
- ชำนาญในการใช้งาน Excel เช่น Vlookup Pivot หรือ VBA
