Job Descriptions
-การจัดการข้อร้องเรียน หรือข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า -การจัดการการตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ออนไลน์ -ดูแลมาตรฐานลูกค้า เอกสาร ใบรับรองผลิตภัณฑ์ และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคของผลิตภัณฑ์ -ให้ความร่วมมือกับลูกค้าและบริษัทภายนอกในการตรวจสอบสินค้า พร้อมจัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบที่จำเป็นที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการท่ำงาน -งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเคมีและวัสดุ
  2. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านพื้นพีวีซีหรือผลิตภัณฑ์เคมี จัดการคุณภาพและการบริการลูกค้า
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  4. สื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลัก หากสื่อสารได้ทั้ง2ภาษาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
  6. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานได้ด้วยตัวเอง
  8. อายุ 15 ปี บริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป
