Job Descriptions
1. บริหารยอดขายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ วางแผนการขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย ติดตามและผลักดันยอดขายในแต่ละร้านค้าให้เติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. ดูแลและขยายฐานลูกค้า เข้าพบลูกค้าในพื้นที่ประจำ (ร้านค้า/ยี่ปั๊ว) สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับร้านค้าเดิม พร้อมหาลูกค้าใหม่ในพื้นที่ 3. วางแผนและจัดเรียงสินค้าในร้านค้า (Merchandising) ตรวจสอบการจัดเรียงสินค้าให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่และน่าซื้อ ติดตั้งสื่อส่งเสริมการขายในจุดขาย 4. เสนอโปรโมชั่นและส่งเสริมการขาย แนะนำโปรโมชั่นประจำเดือน และกระตุ้นให้ร้านค้าซื้อสินค้าเพิ่มตามแคมเปญ ร่วมจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายในพื้นที่ เช่น roadshow, sampling, in-store promotion 5. ตรวจสอบและรายงานข้อมูลตลาด รายงานยอดขาย สต็อกสินค้า คู่แข่ง และสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่ 6. บริหารหนี้และเครดิต ติดตามการชำระเงินของลูกค้าตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการเงินกรณีลูกค้าชำระล่าช้าหรือขอเครดิตเพิ่มเติม
Qualifications
  1. ชาย หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  2. จบปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (เน้นด้านการตลาดหรือบริหารธุรกิจจะพิจารณาพิเศษ)
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย (Traditional Trade) อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
  4. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่
  5. รู้จักเส้นทางและพื้นที่ในความรับผิดชอบในเขตภาคใต้
  6. มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรอง รักงานบริการ และทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office Excel , Word , Power point
