1.Develop and manage group exercise strategy across clubs
2.Lead and coach the GX Instructor team
3.Plan and update monthly class timetables
4.Monitor class quality, attendance, and ensure zero cancellations
5.Align programs with member needs and club goals
6.Stay up to date with fitness trends and ensure safety standards
7.Collaborate with club ops and support reporting/budgeting
Qualifications
- 5+ years in group fitness or related role
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Budgeting & program planning experience
- Good communication & team collaboration
