Job Descriptions
- รับเรื่องและให้คำปรึกษาลูกค้าที่ต้องการฝากขายหรือฝากเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ - สำรวจทรัพย์ ตรวจสอบสภาพ และประเมินเบื้องต้นร่วมกับทีมงานเพื่อกำหนดราคาที่เหมาะสมกับตลาด - จัดทำข้อมูลทรัพย์และลงประกาศผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ของบริษัท เช่น เว็บไซต์, Facebook, Line OA, Marketplace - ประสานงานกับทีมขายภายใน หรือตัวแทนขาย/นายหน้า เพื่อโปรโมททรัพย์ และหาลูกค้าที่สนใจ - อัปเดตสถานะการขาย/เช่าให้เจ้าของทรัพย์อย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานสรุปผล - นัดชมทรัพย์กับลูกค้า และดูแลการนำเสนอทรัพย์ให้เกิดความประทับใจ - ดูแลขั้นตอนการเจรจาต่อรอง สัญญา และการส่งมอบทรัพย์ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่น และภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้กับบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ, อสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรืออื่น ๆ
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย, บริการลูกค้า, หรืองานเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์เฉพาะด้านการขายฝาก หรือปล่อยเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร และการบริการลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และสื่อออนไลน์ได้ดี เช่น Facebook Page, Marketplace, LINE, MS Office
  6. บุคลิกดี มีใจรักงานบริการ ขยัน อดทน และพร้อมเรียนรู้
  7. สามารถประจำโครงการต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทได้
