Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและติดตามการดำเนินการนำเข้าสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามกำหนด 2.ประสานงานและจัดเตรียมแผนการส่งออกให้มีประสิทธิภาพ 3.ดูแลและบริหารจัดการเอกสาร Bill of Lading สำหรับการส่งออก 4.ติดต่อและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและคู่ค้าภายนอกอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการชำระค่าขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ 6.ตรวจสอบเอกสาร B/L, ภาพโหลดสินค้า และใบแจ้งหนี้/รายการบรรจุภัณฑ์ (INV/PL) สำหรับการจัดส่งของ AMI 7.บันทึกรายการค่าใช้จ่ายด้านโลจิสติกส์ในระบบอย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ 8.วางแผนและดำเนินการจองพื้นที่ขนส่งล่วงหน้าสำหรับตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ในเดือนถัดไป 9.ตรวจสอบต้นทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์ พร้อมทั้งทบทวนกระบวนการชำระเงินเพื่อควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
Qualifications
  1. มีทักษะ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาจีน (สื่อสารได้ดี HSK 5+)
  2. ประสบการณ์ด้านโลจิสติกส์ / นำเข้า-ส่งออก 5
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. เข้าใจในเอกสารและกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออก
  5. สามารถวางแผนและแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
  6. มีทักษะการประสานงานภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
  7. ละเอียด รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  9. มีภาวะผู้นำและทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงานร่วมกับทีม
