Job Descriptions
1.ร่วมจัดทำโปรแกรมทัวร์ Join group / Incentive group ทั้งในประเทศ และ ต่างประเทศ 2.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Land Operator เพื่อจัดทำโปรแกรมท่องเที่ยว 3.เปรียบเทียบราคาที่ได้รับจาก Land Operator , ร่วมคิดต้นทุนโปรแกรมทัวร์ และ ร่วมตั้งราคาทัวร์ 4.รับผิดชอบเอกสารเดินทางให้ลูกค้า เช่น Invoice , Receipt , ประกันการเดินทาง 5.จัดทำ Name list , Room list , Itinerary สำหรับ คนขับรถ , หัวหน้าทัวร์ ทั้งภาษาไทย และ ภาษาอังกฤษ 6.ทำ Booklet โปรแกรมทัวร์ 7.ประสานงานกับ หัวหน้าทัวร์ มัคคุเทศ เพื่อให้รายละเอียดโปรแกรมทัวร์ และ contact ทั้งหมด 8.ร่วมเตรียมของออกทัวร์ และ จัด Travel Kit ให้กรุ๊ป 9.สามารถออกทัวร์ หรือ เดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้ 10.ส่งกรุ๊ปในวันออกเดินทาง ในกรณีที่เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่พอ 11.จัดทำแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ และ รวบรวมทำสรุปผล 12.งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. อายุ 25 – 35 ปี
  3. ปวส. , ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  4. ประสบการณ์ Tour Operation Outbound ( Europe ) โดยตรง 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
  5. สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Word, Excel ได้คล่อง
  7. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้างานได้
  8. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  9. ขยัน อดทน สามารถทำงานเสร็จทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด งานมีคุณภาพ
  10. มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ มีทักษะที่ดีในการสื่อสาร
  11. เข้ากับบุคคลได้หลายรูปแบบ มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน และองค์กร
  12. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
  13. สามารถไปต่างจังหวัดได้
