Job Descriptions

•Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations. Manage waste disposal, emissions, and effluent treatment processes to minimize environmental impact. •Conduct training sessions for employees on health and safety practices, emergency response, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). •Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks. •Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Conduct drills to ensure preparedness for fires, chemical spills, and other •Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations. •Act as the point of contact for regulatory agencies. Manage inspections, audits, and compliance reporting. •Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and policies to ensure a safe workplace. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. •Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to identify causes and implement corrective measures. Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory compliance. •Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including occasional exposure to industrial environments. •Willingness to respond to emergencies outside of standard working hours if needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Management or related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Good communication skills and Problem-solving skills
Ability to work with team/cross functional team
Able to work at a plant in Khon Khan Province.
