Job Descriptions

1. Marketing Strategy Planning - Study and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential product or service development - Plan effective marketing strategies tailored to the target audience - Develop marketing campaign plans for both online and offline channels 2. Campaign and Promotion Development (in collaboration with management) - Design campaigns and promotions that attract new customers and retain existing ones - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the success of campaigns and promotions 3. Performance Analysis and Monitoring - Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI (Return on Investment) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) - Use analytical results to refine strategies and improve effectiveness 4. Customer Relationship Building and Maintenance - Organize events to strengthen long-term relationships with customers - Promote brand awareness and enhance the company's image externally 5. Internal and External Coordination - Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders such as suppliers, clients, and company staff 6. Marketing Material Creation and Enhancement - Oversee and create marketing content - Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image in line with its marketing strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing
Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong skills in statistical data analysis and the ability to apply data for planning and improving marketing strategies
Experience using digital tools such as social media platforms and Google Analytics
Good to excellent command of English communication
Creative, well-presented, patient, and quick-thinking
Able to commute to the workplace independently
