- Develop and edit content. - Understand brand positioning and target consumers across different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to tailor messaging and boost engagement. - Propose new creative ideas and develop content that drives awareness, engagement, and sales. - Plan and manage editorial calendars, ensuring brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all digital channels. - Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign goals and brand strategy. - Collaborate on content writing to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing engagement efforts. - Review all media before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. - Track content performance and social media analytics to optimize future content strategies. - Receive and distribute content and design tasks from various departments to ensure timelines and expectations are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in content creating and social media management.
Proven ability to create and execute content strategies across social and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).

Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills — both internally and externally.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
