Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำแผนการสอบเทียบ ติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอกเพื่อทำการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือ 2.ดูแลจัดการระบบการควบคุมสัตว์พาหะ (Pest control.) 3.ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนของการควบคุมการบันทึกคุณภาพให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง ชัดเจน 4.ควบคุมการตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ และการบริการต้องอยู่ภายใต้ระบบคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของอาหาร บันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบ 5.เก็บ/ส่งตัวอย่างเพื่อตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์จุลินทรีย์ เคมี รวมถึงตรวจสอบผลการทำความสะอาด(swab test) ตามแผน ตรวจสอบการควบคุมเอกสาร และข้อมูลทั้งจากภายใน และภายนอกองค์กรทั้งหมด 6.งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 7.รายงานประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัยอาหารและสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทให้ผู้บังคั บบัญชาทราบ
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิงหรือชาย(ชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
  2. อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป
  4. ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป หรือนักศึกษาจบใหม่
  5. มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมคุณภาพอาหาร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  8. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงานและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน
